All rentals must be arranged by a member of The Greenbrier Sporting Club on behalf of their authorized guests. A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking, and cancellation policies are in effect.

The Greenbrier Sporting Club offers a limited number of private homes available for rent exclusively to its members and their authorized guests. These homes are centrally located within The Greenbrier Sporting Club community and provide a more residential atmosphere than traditional accommodations at The Greenbrier resort. They are ideal for members seeking a private and relaxed retreat with family or friends while enjoying all that The Club has to offer.

Essentials

The private homes available for rent at The Greenbrier Sporting Club offer a true vacation-home experience and are thoughtfully equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay. Each home includes dishes, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, and bathroom amenities, allowing guests to simply bring their personal items and food.

As these are privately owned residences, the services included with the rental are limited and align with those typically provided in independently rented vacation homes. This experience differs from renting a cottage at The Greenbrier Resort. Guests seeking services such as valet, on-demand housekeeping assistance, or bell service are encouraged to reserve accommodations directly at The Greenbrier.

Please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited within these private homes.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in time: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon)

Housekeeping & Cleaning Fees

• Housekeeping is provided once per week for stays of 5 or more nights at no additional charge.
• More frequent housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival for scheduling to take place.
• For stays of less than three nights, a one-time housekeeping fee applies.
